During a physical struggle, Williams pulled a handgun from his waistband and shot himself.Deputies immediately administered first aid until emergency medical personnel arrived. Williams was transported to an area hospital, where he remains in critical condition.Williams, a now-former band director at Haughton High School, was previously arrested Sept. 22 on 50 counts of molestation of a juvenile and 50 counts of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
